Embedded wallet authentication and key management may be provided by Privy or another configured wallet partner. Your relationship with that provider is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

6.2 No seed phrase collection

When you choose to buy crypto with Apple Pay, debit card, or other enabled payment methods, checkout is hosted by a regulated third-party on-ramp provider such as MoonPay or Stripe. Maharaja Coin:

7.2 Provider terms apply

Your purchase is a transaction between you and the on-ramp provider. Fees, exchange rates, limits, supported payment methods, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance decisions are determined by that provider under its terms and privacy policy. We do not control provider approval or settlement timing.

7.3 No guaranteed delivery

While we integrate with reputable providers, we do not guarantee that any on-ramp transaction will complete, that crypto will arrive within a particular timeframe, or that a provider will remain available in your region.

8. AML, KYC & sanctions compliance

Users purchasing crypto through on-ramp partners must complete any identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or transaction monitoring required by those partners and applicable law. Maharaja Coin cooperates with lawful requests from regulators or partners where required, but does not itself operate a licensed money-transmission or exchange business.

You agree not to use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malwa Brothers Limited and Maharaja Coin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of digital assets, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Services, reliance on price data, on-ramp transactions, wallet errors, or third-party outages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us directly in the past twelve months (typically zero for a free app) or (b) NZD $150 (or equivalent in local currency).
